Admission Guidelines

1. School will provide an easy – to – fill enquiry form on the school website or at the school’s administrative office which includes fields for the students name age, grade applying for, previous school attended (if any), parent/ guardian contact information etc.

2. School will schedule an appointment for the parent/guardian to meet with the principal to know more about the school’s ethos, curriculum facilities, extracurricular activities and other relevant information.

3. The principal will assess the students eligibility for admission based on academic records

4. Fee details like breakdown of fee structure, transportation, uniforms, books, etc. will be provided by the school’s administrative office.

5. Checklist of required documents like Aadhar card, birth certificate / LC, residence proof etc. will be given along with admission form.

6. After reviewing the application and conducting any necessary assessments the school administration will inform the parent/ guardians of the admission decision with the confirmation of the Principal.

7. If the admission is confirmed then the school will provide further instructions on completing the enrollment process including payment of fees, submission of additional documents (if any) and orientation will be scheduled.

8. If the admission is rejected, school will provide reasons for the decision and any alternative options available to the students will be shared.

9. An orientation session for the newly admitted students and their parents/ guardians will be conducted by the school to familiarize them with the school’s policies, procedures and facilities.
